Your order will be processed and shipped by our office in Elstree, England. For the convenience of our customers in the US we provide an internet based telephone and fax number which rings directly in our offices in England and can only be answered by our Customer Service team there.

to download and print a prescription template. Ask your vet to fill it in and fax or email it back to us. They may wish to issue one of their own which also can be faxed or emailed.

We must have a VALID current prescription in order for us to despatch your order. This does not apply to shipments going direct to Veterinary Hospitals and Clinics.

Residents of the USA must provide their Veterinary Doctor and Clinic/Hospital details and fax or email a valid prescription to us.
